Mini Rhythmic Gymnastics Squad Sign Up

Please complete this form to sign your child up for the Mini RG Squad.

Please ensure you tick the sessions you would like your child to attend. Your child can sign up to 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

Monday 5 -7 pm

Tuesday 5 -7 pm

Saturday 9-11 am

Please indicate on the form, the total number of hours per week your child will be doing as this will determine your monthly standing order from September. This includes any additional hours your child does with us such as dance open classes, acro etc.. as these will count towards total hours per week and your fee calculation.
